- Provides labor to do floor preparations from minor to major problems in the subfloor/concrete slab. We use Ardex product for all of our flooring preparations.
- Provides existing flooring demo and haul away. Floor Choice, Inc. uses on big jobs its ride on electric Terminator to handle very large and difficult to remove floors. This machine is quiet and emits no fumes and perfect for project where buildings are enclosed and/or occupied.
- Provide BeedBlasting of existing concrete slab and apply all types of moisture remediation to control the moisture and keep it within the product’s manufacturer’s specs.
- Provide seal and wax of new vct floors and/or vinyl, planks and more.
